As we embark on revolutionizing the ecommerce product data enrichment process through cutting-edge AI/ML technologies, we are seeking a visionary Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and influential leader, capable of providing clear direction and collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.
As a Technical Lead - Machine Learning, you will:
- Identify, evaluate, and define architectural approaches for developing robust and scalable software solutions in the field of machine learning.
- Build scalable solutions looking at nonfunctional requirements
- Ensure best practices are followed during the software development process.
- Lead, govern and guide engineering team members to develop advanced technological solutions
- Proactively detect risks/issues in the solution and look at mitigation approaches
- Mentor and manage the next-level team and support the technical career growth of the organization.
Experience and Background
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the software industry, with a strong background in development, particularly in the areas of AI or software engineering.
- Sound knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts, including LLMs, LVMs, and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python programming language, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in building ML solutions.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
