As a Technical Lead, you will:

‍

Identify, evaluate and define architectural approaches for developing software solutions.
Build scalable solutions looking at non functional requirements.
Ensure best practices are followed during software development process.
Lead, govern and guide engineering team members to develop advanced technological solutions.
Proactively detect risks/issues in the solution and look at mitigation approaches.
Mentor and manage the next level team and support the technical career growth the organization.

Experience and Background

‍

BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
8+ years of industry experience in web application design and development
Experience in AWS Cloud Services (IAAS, PAAS)
Elasticsearch indexing and search result optimisation
Technical knowledge in Javascript/Node.js, MongoDB
Solution documentation
Microservices and containerizing
Knowledge in ecommerce frameworks
