Sadee leads Velou’s overall product strategy and vision on creating additional value for customers. He previously led product, innovation, Machine Learning & AI strategy, and engineering at multiple startups and large corporations, including Fortune 100. He holds patents in ecommerce and has published research papers on Machine Learning and AI.

Gavin serves as the COO at Velou, where he directs the Go-to-Market strategy and operations. With a rich background in scaling technology-centric startups to billion-dollar valuations, he has significantly driven growth at companies like Bluecore and Attentive. His leadership is marked by a focus on innovation and team synergy to enhance customer value.

Tricia leads a team of product and fashion stylists at Velou to create the intelligence used by our Machine Learning and AI models. She has a long history as a fashion and wardrobe stylist in San Francisco for clients such as Nordstrom, Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Lord & Taylor, and Pottery Barn.

Ryan leads sales & customer satisfaction for Velou in North America. With 15+ years of experience in SaaS he is passionate about working with high-performance teams that connect brands with technologies that drive impactful results. He is a proud alumnus of Santa Clara University graduating with a B.S. in Business.

Todd spearheads product development at Velou, focused on innovation, operational scale, and revenue growth. With over 15 years of experience in both startups and Fortune 500 companies, he has crafted market-fit SaaS solutions for the retail and hospitality sectors while building exceptional global product teams. His leadership is defined by a customer-centric approach, ensuring unparalleled success and satisfaction.

Caroline leads a team of Customer Success professionals who deliver high-quality SaaS solutions to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. With 12+ years of experience in Customer Success she has a proven track record of managing and scaling customer success and professional services teams in the fast paced startup environment. She earned her B.S. from Colorado State University in Apparel and Merchandising.
